Dave Thompson brings more than 50 years of real estate experiences caring for the commercial needs of my clients. Previously the owner of Dave Thompson Realty in Marion, Illinois, in December of 2024, I was given the opportunity to continue bringing quality service for commercial clients through my association with CENTURY 21 House of Realty which serves ALL of southern Illinois. Mary Jane is a graduate of Benton High School, a 1974 graduate of SIU Carbondale with a Secondary Speech Education degree, and an honors graduate from the Illinois Bankers School at SIU. Her career has been spent in mortgage lending for approximately 20 Years and the past 18 years as a Real Estate Broker and Management Assistant for Dave Thompson Realty. As of January 2025 Dave Thompson Realty was given the opportunity to merge with Century 21 House of Realty, and Mary Jane joined with Dave in developing the Thompson Team, whose goal it is, to increase the presence of Commercial Real Estate in the Southern Illinois area as well as continue to provide Residential services to our existing clients and to new customers looking to buy or sell.
